简介
希尔维娅·斯特利嘉（ ），主角上司的后宫之一，在游戏中作为最终BOSS。- 死于人工心脏故障，因此拥有了可以控制金属的能力。
- 在A区活动，常被称为“
斯奇嘉博士（ ）”，全游戏最厉害的幽灵之一[1]。 - 和主角的上司是女女朋友关系鬼都不知道主角的上司是怎么降伏她和A区的隧道幽灵的，目前二人正在吵架中。
- 从立绘来看，她的下半部分脸部和两只手臂也做过改造手术。
- 在设定集后日谈中表明，斯特利嘉和耶奇杜赫后来因为爱喝酒这个共同之处而暂时休战。

后日谈：雅嘎和斯特利嘉最终在对工业酒精的同好下（暂时）和解。为了避免误解：你绝对不应该喝工业酒精。即便是一杯也可能导致永久失明或死亡。雅嘎是一个虚构角色，她有一颗非法的人工肝脏，而斯特利嘉已经死了。

I wanted her to look horrifying and intimidating compared to the cute girls you faced so far, but I messed it up. I should have made her way more grotesque.
I'm sure she looks VERY scary when using her full power - we just never got to see it in the game.
